Return Policy

At Caps Wear, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and Exchange only if the product has a defect or issue noticed at the time of delivery.

Return and Exchange Conditions:

  1. Customers must check the product when the delivery person hands it over.
  2. If any defect, damage, or wrong product is found during delivery, a return is allowed immediately.
  3. For any return request, the customer must cover the delivery charge.
